Springfield, ILL. – Earlier this year, Gov. Rod Blagojevich stood on the floor of the Illinois House and unveiled a controversial tax plan. It would raise money for health care and schools.
On Wednesday, he was back -this time trying to save his proposal. The fate of that proposal could be well known later today (Thursday).
