St. Louis – The high-profile race for U.S. Senate in Missouri, along with ballot issues over stem cell research and minimum wage have shifted focus away from many races for the state House.
Most state representatives and state senators are likely to win re-election.
But Democrats say they have a great chance to take back at least one seat that the Republicans won in a special election last year.
It's a state senate seat in Jefferson County, and the Republican incumbent says he's not ready to go just yet.
