St. Louis, MO – Former President Bill Clinton will be in St. Louis next month to help Democrat Claire McCaskill raise money for her campaign against incumbent U.S. Senator Jim Talent.
It will be a fundraising brunch on September 9, though other details are still being worked out.
Talent, for his part, has already had a number of big names to town to help him raise money, including President Bush, First Lady Laura Bush, and Vice President Dick Cheney.
Clinton's last public event in St. Louis was about two years ago, when he was at a bookstore in Crestwood to sign copies of his autobiography.
