St. Louis, MO – 
Until just a few months ago, an area between Highway 370 and the Mississippi River in St. Charles County was a relatively quiet spot, filled with farm fields and wetlands.
Now, it's abuzz with construction of a 22-foot high levee that will eventually surround the planned St. Peters Lakeside 370 Business Park.
Long before any dirt was moved, controversy and lawsuits plagued the $22 million project.
The levee project is well underway, but as Maria Hickey reports, opposition continues.
