St. Louis, MO – A proposed smoking ban in St. Louis County gets its first vote today (Tuesday).
A County Council committee will decide whether to send the plan to the full council.
There will not be a public comment period today because people have already had the chance to speak out in the past.
The proposal being considered is not a complete ban; it would allow smoking in some parts of casinos, bowling alleys, Lambert Airport, and cigar bars.
