Bus and light rail riders across the St. Louis area could soon be paying a little more for their trip.
The board of the mass transit agency Metro will consider a proposal this morning to raise fares over a two-year period.
The transit company claims skyrocketing fuel costs are piling onto the cost of doing business.
But others claim Metro is just making customers pay for its own fiscal mismanagement.
