St. Louis, MO – Polls in St. Louis City are open and will remain so until 7:00 tonight.
Mayor Francis Slay is running for a second term. He faces challenges fellow Democrats: Alderwoman Irene J. Smith and School Board member Bill Haas.
A voter's guide to the mayor's race is available by clicking here.
Several aldermen are also running for re-election. Today is a primary election, but most winners won't face anyone in next month's general election.
There's also a recall in north St. Louis. Voters in the Fourth Ward are being asked whether Alderwoman Peggy Ryan should remain in that job.
