Jefferson City, MO – 
One of the cuts in Missouri Governor Matt Blunt's proposed budget that's getting a lot attention is in the First Steps' Program.
First Steps' provides services to infants and young children with disabilities.
Parents with children in First Steps' and other supporters of the program were at the State Capitol in Jefferson City Wednesday to urge the governor and lawmakers to fund it.
