Hartford, Ill. – A man snapping photos outside an oil refinery in Hartford, Illinois was questioned by police and the FBI, but authorities say the matter wasa false alarm.
A worker at the plant noticed the man Tuesday, thought things looked suspicious, and called police.
But the man turned out to be a former Conoco employee who was showing relatives where he worked. He was taking photos of the neighboring Conoco facility. Police say he had even called Conoco officials to tell them he would be there.
