St. Louis, MO – Ousted St. Louis School Board member Rochelle Moore has appealed to keep her job.
A judge last week kicked Moore off the board because of what he called "a pattern of outrageous behavior." Moore two months ago doused an administrator with water and pledged violence against anyone questioning her mental fitness.
Mayor Francis Slay's office says the mayor could fill the seat this week, unless there's a court order in Moore's favor.
Moore's removal came at the behest of 14 petitioners. Elected in 2001, her tenure also was marked by her placing a curse on Slay, alleged death threats to others and frequent claims of conspiracies against her.
