St. Louis, MO – The Missouri Democratic Party will host a Presidential debate next Monday night at 7:00. That's the night before Missourians head to the polls to vote in the primary; the debate will be held at U-M-St. Louis, in the Blanche Touhill Performing Arts Center.
Dick Gephardt, who was considered a lock to win the primary until he dropped out of the race, is not expected to be at the debate. He is the reason candidates weren't expected to even show up in Missouri, but his departure has made the state a sudden battleground.
More delegates will be up for grabs in Missouri on Tuesday than any other state holding primaries or caucuses that day.
