St. Peters, MO – Three teenagers in St. Peters face charges in juvenile court in connection with making and selling pornographic videos of a fellow classmate. Four others could face similar charges.
Students at Fort Zumwalt South High School reportedly tipped school authorities off to another student who was trying to sell copies of the 15-year old stripping on tape.
Police say the videotape depicts a nude 15-year-old girl, who agreed to strip for the boys. Police say the students downloaded the video onto a high tech cell phone and sold the images at school.
Police say three of the boys have been referred to juvenile court on charges of promoting child pornography in the first degree, furnishing pornographic materials to a minor, and promoting a sexual performance by a child. The other four are still under investigation and may be charged.
