St. Louis – The American Civil Liberties Union and groups planning to protest President Bush's St. Louis visit Tuesday may seek a restraining order against the Secret Service.
During the President's previous visits, officials limited protestors to designated areas.
The Instead of War Coalition's Bill Ramsey says that was a violation of the First Amendment.
"We are not a threat to his security," Ramsey said. "We are out there to be a threat to him politically, and we think that in fact is what the Secret Service is defending him against, is dissent."
Bush will address members of the American Legion, whose convention begins today at the America's Center.
