St. Louis, MO – It appears the bi-state region will have a white Christmas. Forecasts call for 4 to 8 inches of snow to fall between tonight and tomorrow night, as the major winter storm moves through the area. Snow plow crews are standing by. The Missouri Department of Transportation has more than 200 snow removal vehicles ready to go and drivers will work 12-hour shifts around the clock. Meantime, the city of St. Louis street department will have 50 trucks salting and plowing major municipal roadways.
