More details have come to light about this tragic story we told you about yesterday.

Authorities say a gunman suspected of killing at least three people and himself in eastern Missouri targeted his former girlfriend, her mother and her mother's boyfriend. A fifth body may also be linked to a killing spree that ended Tuesday at duplex apartment in Bonne Terre.
Bonne Terre Police Chief Doug Calvert identified the shooter Wednesday as 25-year-old Nathan Fortner, who is believed to be from nearby Festus.
Calvert says the victims are Fortner's ex-girlfriend, 19-year-old Danielle Dement, who was found in an SUV with the couple's unharmed 18-month-old boy. Dement apparently was trying to protect the child.
Calvert identified the two people found dead inside the duplex as Dement's mother, 37-year-old Christine Snider, and Snider's boyfriend, 32-year-old Derek Nash. A 3-year-old boy also was found unharmed in the duplex.
